- Google user ★★★★★This past week, I was hit with debilitating back pain, making it impossible to even stand straight. Fortunately, I have an incredible neighbor, Dr. Dave Sinawi of Complete Spine & Joint Center in Royal Oak. He worked his magic. Thanks to his expertise, I’m able to walk again! If you're in need of a chiropractor who is not only exceptionally skilled but also deeply committed to their patients' well-being, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Dave Sinawi.

- Google user ★★★★★Dr Sinawi listened to my concerns and adjusted my body accordingly. I’d return if I need chiropractic treatment when visiting the Detroit area again.
- Google user ★★★★★I had shoulder injury that was affecting my daily routine. After visiting Dr. Sinawi, I noticed a significant improvement. He took the time to listen carefully, explain the treatment plan, and work through the root of the issue—not just the symptoms. His approach was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Each session was focused and effective, and I felt more mobility and less discomfort after every visit. I highly recommend Dr. Sinawi.
- Google user ★★★★★Dr. Sinawi has the best customer service and staff. And he's skilled with tuning up my spine. No long wait. Excellent professional practice.
