• Google user ★★★★★I’m here to sing the praises of the folks at N & M Homes. Several months ago, I arrived at N & M Homes and was greeted by Debbie McGee. She was very friendly and helpful. We were set to purchase a home with her as our salesperson. She did a lot of work to help me get the home I wanted. Unfortunately, I had to back out of our deal due the fact that I decided to move to Indiana to be closer to family. I was very sorry for letting her down after all the hard work she had done, but she took it in stride and was very professional. Knowing that I would be in the hunt for someone to purchase my property in Moncks Corner she introduced me to Allen Croft. He was very interested in purchasing my property which made it possible for me to make my move quicker than I had originally thought. So, if you are in the search for a mobile home dealer, N&M is the place to go. They treat you like family, not just a way for them to make money. Thank you Debbie and Allen for making this lady very happy. Also, for the record, Debbie did go with me to look at homes. I appreciated this because as I had questions she was there to answer those questions.
• Google user ★★★★★I had the pleasure of working with Debbie during my recent manufactured home–buying process at N & M Homes, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her professionalism, patience, and insight throughout the entire journey. From the very beginning, Debbie was incredibly attentive to my needs and took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a home. Her patience was truly remarkable—she answered all my questions, no matter how big or small, and provided clear, thoughtful advice at every step. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Instead, Debbie made sure I was comfortable with each part of the process and that I felt confident in my choices. What really stood out to me was her deep knowledge of the manufactured home options and her keen insight into what would be the best fit for my needs. She pointed out things I wouldn’t have considered on my own and made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I am so thankful for Debbie's support and guidance throughout this process. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and I’m thrilled with the home I’ve purchased. If you’re looking for an agent who truly cares about your needs, I highly recommend Debbie and the team at N & M Homes!"
