After taking my vehicle to the dealership, I was quoted outrageous prices and pressured to approve repairs they recommended. I quickly made an appointment with Motoring Services, and I’m so glad I did. They provided fair pricing and were completely open and honest about their findings—going so far as to tell me that the dealership’s recommendation was unnecessary and that they didn’t want to charge me for something that would be a waste of money. Beyond their transparency and communication, their customer service is truly unparalleled. I recommend this shop to everyone and will never hesitate to bring my vehicle back.

Luis and Brandon have been very helpful and customer friendly. They are honest and clear in their pricing and will tell you everything your vehicle needs. I have a hard time believing who sold me the car screwed up putting the tires on so I didn't pursue that. I went to Motoring Services at Gage and Steptoe and they tightened the lug nuts and found my AC drain plugged next time. Both times repaired my CX-9 quickly and handled it professionally. I strongly recommend them to anyone in the Tri Cities.
