• Google user ★★★★★We absolutely love this plumbing company! They have been out to help us several times over the past few weeks, and every experience has been excellent. This morning, they were at our house by 6:00 AM after I called about a leak coming through our ceiling. Their prompt response and willingness to help so early in the morning were greatly appreciated! They are reliable, professional, quick to respond, and get the job done. It’s such a relief to have a company you can count on when something goes wrong. We are so thankful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a plumber. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Google user ★★★★★Great service and excellent customer support. Spoke to Morgan at the office and she got the team out quickly to address a leaking toilet. Highly recommend and will use again (hopefully won’t have to though!)
• Google user ★★★★★We’ve called Giles Plumbing on three separate occasions with time-sensitive plumbing issues, and each time they’ve made room in their schedule to help us. Their technicians have been professional, courteous, and easy to work with. Clint helped us with a clog on Friday and came back for the repair on Monday. We really appreciated how quickly they got us scheduled and how efficiently he handled the work. The repair turned out to be less involved than originally expected, and they reduced the price accordingly. That kind of honesty says a lot. They explained what they found, charged a fair price, and took care of our property while they worked, leaving everything clean and tidy afterward. We’re very glad we found them and would absolutely recommend them!
• Google user ★★★★★Giles has come to our residence multiple times. Replacing toilets, shifting pipes from one wall to another, and most recently fixing a water heater leak. They're also prompt, polite, and professional. Anytime we call to schedule an appointment, it is always same week service. If there's an emergency, they always do their best to fit you in same day. Giles has been our go to for years! Most importantly, they are affordable and reasonable with their service costs/fees.
• Google user ★★★★★Clint and his team did a phenominal job when I was in a bad situation. Water leak under the slab of the house. He knew the right person to call to find the leak and then offered fast, affordable service to put in a new water line. They offered me several alternatives and let me choose which was the right choice for me. I have had a very good experience with Giles and would recommend to anyone with plumbing needs.
