• Google user ★★★★★We went Helena to do some mountain biking. We chose the Bell because of its central location. We knew that the hotel was new but we did not expect to find that the staff was tremendously friendly and helpful. Our room was on the first floor, well appointed, and had a nice view of the park behind the hotel. The patio was roomy and allowed our dog to nap outdoors. We were sad to have to cut our stay short by a day but have no doubt that we would stay here again any time we are in Helena. Upon our “early“ checkout, we were informed that we would receive a refund for our unused day. Who does that? 😀 A great stay at a great place staffed by great people!
• Google user ★★★★★Had an incredible stay at the Bell Hotel! The welcome drink was delicious and I loved the easy check-in with the keypad on the door. The room was so cute and homey. I loved how each room has a back deck over looking the park. The bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were so luxurious (the towel warmer, the bathroom products like local soap + face wash plus the softest towels!). The location was wonderful and central and the customer service was incredible. We easily got a later checkout and they’re sending me shoes that I left behind. If I could give 10 stars I would! I’ll definitely be back :D <3

• Google user ★★★★★We couldn't have been happier with our stay at the Bell Hotel! Absolutely adorable and charming decor in the rooms and lobby, 5-star service, and really well-designed rooms that have everything you need (fridge, coffee, lots of hooks for hanging, heated towel rack)... you can tell they built this hotel with care and intention and it enabled us such a comfortable and perfect stay. The rate was also incredibly reasonable, comparable or even less than other places in the area but for a MUCH better overall experience. Thank you Bell Hotel!
